Terms & Conditions
1. These rates include room and
breakfast for 2 persons.
2. These rates include 7 % VAT.
3. Guest must check-in with passport.
4. All rooms are occupancy for 2 persons.
5. Maximum occupancy 1 extra in each room type only.
6. An extra bed or extra person will be charged per night
inclusive of breakfast.
7. Children over 10 years old need extra bed.
8. No extra bed charged for children under 10 years old
sharing with parents.
9. Supplement charge of breakfast 150 ฿ for children age 5-10 years sharing with parents

without extra bed.
10. In case of 2 children age
between 5-10 years old need at least 1 extra bed.
