Terms and Conditions
- Confirmation of your booking will be in 24 hours.
- After you received the confirmation of your booking, 25% Deposit must be paid 7days before check-in date. Otherwise, your reservation will not be guaranteed.
- Payment can be made by Bank Transfer or
by credit card of VISA & Master.
- A check-in voucher will be sent via email or
fax for easy reference.
- If you have problems sending this booking form or
have any questions, please email us.

Cancellation/No Show
- cancellation more than 30 days before check-in
  date: 100% refund after deducting transfer fee
- cancellation between 14 - 30 days before check-in
  date: 50% refund after deducting transfer fee
- cancellation between 7 - 13 days before check-in
  date: 25% refund after deducting transfer fee
- No show or cancellation less than 7 days before
  check-in date: No deposit refund
- NO deposit refund if the amount of refund after
  deducting transfer fee is less than 2,000 Bt.
  (To banks outside Thailand)
- NO deposit refund if the amount of refund after
  deducting transfer fee is less than 1,000 Bt.
  (To banks inside Thailand)
